The National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association Certification designation has been approved by the National Certification Commission and is the only one of its kind in the country. |

| Three Different Levels: The the NIAAA offers three levels of Certification. Level 1 is the Registered Athletic Administaror (RAA) and is the designation given to those begining their professional career. Level 2 is the Certified Athletic Administrator (CAA) and is the designation given those who fulfill the pre-requisites as well as pass a written exam. Level 3 is the Certified Master Athletic Administrator (CMAA) which is given to veteran athletic administrators who have demonstrated quality professional experience, fulfills all the pre-requsites and completes an approved project.
