EXHIBITOR RULES

| 1. Management has the sole discretion as to the eligibility of any Exhibitor and/or product(s) to be included in the event. 2. Exhibitor agrees to bring no claim against, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Management, Event Location, their officers, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all loss or damage to property, injuries to or death of any person or persons, and shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Management, Event Location, their officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims, damages, suits, costs and expenses in any way resulting from or arising out of, directly or indirectly, Exhibitor’s operation in connection with its use or occupancy of any portion of the Event Location facility, including but not limited to acts of commission or omission of Exhibitor, its officers, agents, employees or representatives. 3. Reasonable security will be provided by Management, however, Management nor Event Location, their officers, employees, agents, or representatives shall be held liable for personal injury, theft, vandalism, loss, or other damages to Exhibitors, exhibits, or representatives or guests arising from or in any way connected with the use or occupancy of space at the Event. 4. Management will take all reasonable precautions against loss by fire, water, storm, theft, strokes, and other damages which may arise but that are beyond the control of Management. Neither Management nor Event Location guarantees or insures the Exhibitor against loss by reasons thereof. If insurance is desired it must be placed by the Exhibitor.. Exhibitor shall carry for the full term of the Event and at their expense all necessary insurance against claims or loss which may arise from their participation in the Event. (Note: see #’s 3 and 4 above) 5. Payment of exhibition space may be made in two installments, one payment of 50%, non-refundable, at the time of entering the agreement and reserving exhibition space, the second payment due on or before the date in the agreement. If Exhibitor fails to make full payment on or before the agreement date, for any reason, all rights of the Exhibitor shall be forfeited and all deposits made shall be retained by Management. Management may reassign said exhibition space. Any Exhibitor failing to occupy exhibition space reserved is not relieved of the obligation of paying in full the cost of said space. Any space unoccupied by the completion of installation period may be reassigned or resold by Management. 6. Exhibitor shall not assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of the exhibition space assigned to them. No product but that of the Exhibitor may be displayed in the exhibit space unless it is an integral and necessary part of Exhibitor’s display and then no prominent identification may accompany such other product. 7. All aisles at the Event must be kept clear of exhibits at all times. All interviews, demonstrations, distribution of literature, canvassing, solicitation of business, or conferences in the interest of business is strictly prohibited except by exhibiting firms and then only in the booth area which has been assigned to that Exhibitor. 8. Exhibitors or their representatives will not be permitted to enter the Event earlier than one hour before the scheduled opening time each day of the Event, except the opening day, and will not be permitted to remain in the Event after the closing hour each night, with the exception of the final night. Management reserves the right to limit the number of personnel present at any one time. 9. No damage of any nature will be permitted to the booth equipment or to any part of the Event Location. No application of nails, paint, adhesive or other items of a permanent nature to Event Location or any part thereof, or booth equipment will be permitted. Exhibitors will be held liable for any and all such damages caused or created by them, their agents, employees or representatives. |
10. Exhibitors shall not have in their booth any displays, signs, or related material that may refer to or describe employment opportunities in their company. 11. All exhibits must meet the approval of management. Any exhibit not so approved must be redesigned or rearranged so as to meet the requirements of management for approval. All approved exhibits shall remain structurally unchanged throughout the period of the event. Management reserves the right to reject non-conforming exhibits and demand immediate compliance. Should exhibit remain unapproved after demand by Management, Exhibitor, their employees, agents and representatives may be ejected from the Event. No refund will be granted for ejection under this rule. 12. The Management reserves the right to make any location or space changes with no advance notice to the Exhibitor when in the opinion of the Management such change will be of benefit to the Exhibitor or the Event as a whole. 13. The decision of Management shall be accepted as final in any dispute or disagreement between or among Exhibitors. 14. Exhibitor shall at all times confirm to all Federal, State and City Statues and Ordinances, Orders Regulations, Directions issued by any authorized authority of Federal, State, or City governments. Likewise Exhibitor must conform to any and all regulations and directions issued by Management, Event Location or any other authorized entity while Exhibitor is occupying space in the Event Location. 15. The Management reserves the right to stop or remove from the Event any Exhibitor, their officers, agents, employee, or representatives performing any act or practice which in the opinion of the Management is objectionable or in any way detracts from the dignity of the Event. 16. Management shall have sole control over admission policies at all times. 17. Management agrees to use its best efforts to promote attendance at the Event, however, Management is not a guarantee or insurer of same and shall be held harmless and without liability in any event regarding attendance at the Event. 18. Should any contingency prevent holding of the Event, Management may retain such part of Exhibitor’s rental as shall be required to recompense it for expenses incurred up to the time of such contingency. 19. Any property brought upon or into the Event Location by Exhibitor, its employees, agents, or representatives shall be at the sole risk of the Exhibitor and shall be removed at the expiration of the Event. Exhibitor shall be liable for all handling and storage charges resulting from Exhibitors failure to remove exhibit material from the Event Location by the conclusion of the dismantling period as specified by Management. Neither Management nor Event Location shall be held liable for the loss or damage to any property of the Exhibitor prior to, during, or after the conclusion of the event. 20. Exhibitor agrees to accept full responsibility for compliance with all Federal, State, and City laws and regulations in the provision and maintenance of adequate safety devices and conditions for the operation of machinery and equipment. 21. Any and all matters not specifically covered by the preceding rules shall be subject solely to the decision of Management. These rules may be amended at any time by Management, and all amendments so made shall be binding on Exhibitor equally with the preceding rules. 22. Exhibitor, for themselves and their employees, agents and representatives agree to abide by the preceding rules and any and all amendments thereto effected by Management. |
